Sesame Seed Oil
We have many options for edible oils like sunflower, groundnut, and olive oil. One more oil, Sesame oil is one such example used for cooking. Sesame oil is obtained from the seeds of the sesame plant. The sesame plant seeds (Sesamum indicum) are packed with oil and nutritional components like vitamins, minerals, and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).
