Sela Rice :To start with, sela rice is the same rice variety which is milled in a different way so maximum amount of nutrients can be retained. It is basically parboiled rice which is boiled with the husk still on. Because of this unique process, nutrient profile of rice increases significantly. This process gives the rice a unique texture. Since thiamin and similar nutrients are retained in the rice, it matches the nutritional benefits of brown rice.
